We are very much looking forward to the upcoming ICCS. We will have more than 200 attendees in Noordwijkerhout, with which we are very happy. We have received 165 abstract submissions, which were all subjected to a review process carried out by our Scientific Advisory Board of 20 international reviewers from academia and industry. This allowed us to compile an outstanding scientific program of 35 plenary lectures and 92 posters, welcoming participants from 20 countries from 3 continents.
In this email we would like to send you a few last reminders and answer some questions posed by various delegates.
Conference program
The final program can be found online: https://iccs-nl.org/general-information/scientific-program/. There you can also find your presentation slot and time in case you have an oral presentation. The exhibition floorplan can also be found there: https://iccs-nl.org/exhibition/.
Oral Presentations
Each oral presentation has a total length of 30 minutes (max 25 min. talk plus 5 min. for discussion). The presentation length includes the time for change over. The allocated presentation time cannot be exceeded. Presenters are requested to meet with the session chair before the session to upload the presentation.
Presenters must give a live presentation. No pre-recorded talks are allowed.
Conference rooms are equipped with a computer (Windows 11), a beamer, and a remote control with pointer. Please bring your presentation files saved on USB-Stick to the conference. You cannot use your own notebook. A conference assistant will support you in uploading your presentation slides.
Presentation files are preferable in PowerPoint *.ppt/pptx format. Alternatively, PDF is possible. Please use 16:9 format for your presentation. Please try to keep the file size of your talk below 50 MB.
Poster Presentations
There are two poster sessions, Red and Blue. Please check the website (https://iccs-nl.org/posters/) or the abstract book to assess if you are in the Red or Blue session and to identify the position of your poster board on the floorplan. The Red and Blue posters will be up in parallel between Sunday 1800 and Wednesday 1300. The Red presenter’s session is Monday June 2nd 1530-1930 and the blue presenter’s session is Tuesday June 3rd 1530-1930. Please make sure to be at your poster during those hours.
Poster boards are in portrait format and authors can make use of the full dimensions of 950 mm width × 1,200 mm height. We suggest to use a poster size close to the upright DIN A0 format, which equates to 841 mm width (33.11 in) × 1,189 mm (46.81 in) height.
Pins will be available at the poster board for attaching the poster to the board. Conference assistants in the poster area will assist in putting up or taking down the posters.
Please note that the organizers are not able to provide printouts of posters.
