Airplane
Noordwijkerhout can conveniently be reached from Schiphol (Amsterdam) Airport. We plan to organize a shuttle service between the airport and the conference hotel.
If you decide not to use the free shuttle service you can either take a taxi directly to the conference center (fare ca. 65 Euro), or you can take a train from Schiphol Airport to Leiden Centraal Station and then take a taxi (fare ca. 40 Euro).
Train
The closest train station to Noordwijkerhout is Voorhout, but on the main connection from Schiphol this is Leiden Centraal Station. From Leiden Centraal directly to the hotel, board bus 90 in Noordwijk (direction Lisse). The bus stop near the hotel is called “Noordwijkerhout, Langelaan“. Alternative indirect, but faster and more frequent routes are available from public transport information is available from 9292.nl (Leiden Centraal to Hotel).
Car
The hotel can be reached from Exit 3 of the motorway A44: Take Exit 3 (Noordwijkerhout) for N208 toward Sassenheim-Centrum/Noordwijk. At the traffic circle, turn right onto Van Pallandtlaan/N208 heading to Sassenheim/Lisse/Haarlem/Noordwijk. Proceed through one traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Carolus Clusiuslaan/N443. Continue to follow through three traffic circles. Proceed onto Langelaan, turning left. The hotel will be on your left.

Shuttle Buses from Schiphol Airport
Free shuttle buses will run every two hours on Sunday June 12th from Schiphol Airport to the Leeuwenhorst Conference Hotel from 10:00 till 18:00. Please meet at The Meeting Point (see photo below) indicated as a red/white checked box on the airport diagram below. It is approximately a 30 minute ride.
Approximate departure times from The Meeting Point at Schiphol Airport:

- 16:00
- 18:00
These are preliminary departure times, final departure times will be availble with conference program.
For those that are traveling to Amsterdam by train you can still take advantage of the conference shuttle. Just take the train to Schiphol Airport and pickup the shuttle.

Shuttle Buses returning to Schiphol Airport
Three free shuttle buses will run Thursday afternoon at the conclusion of the conference to take participants from the Leeuwenhorst Conference Hotel to Schiphol Airport. It is approximately a 30 minute ride.
Approximate departure times from the Leeuwenhorst Conference Hotel:

- 14:30
- 16:30
