Fees
Conference fees are:
- € 1500 for a single room
- € 1200 for a double room
This fee will include transportation to/from Schiphol airport, admission during the 4-day conference, conference proceedings, four nights lodging with full board, all conference receptions, a group excursion, and conference dinner.
Significant others are invited to accompany the conference attendee for an additional fee of € 450. This fee includes transportation to/from Schiphol airport, four nights lodging with full board (provided the conference attendee registers at the single room rate), all conference receptions, the group excursion, and the conference dinner.
Discounts
A discount of € 225 will be available for those meeting the early registration deadline of April 27th 2025
Students receive an additional € 200 discount on registration fees. Rates for students who share a room and register early receive further discount. Student Bursaries to partially cover the registration costs may be available to students participating in oral or poster presentations.

The registration process consists of two steps:
- Create an account with conftool.
- Register for the conference.

Conference fees can be paid either by wire transfer or by credit card (Visa or Master card are accepted).
