At the conference there is an exhibition where multiple sponsors have a booth. In addition this is where the poster sessions take place. Below the floor plan can be found. Exhibitors
The exhibitor fee includes full registration for one exhibitor. Additional booth staff is required to register as full participants. The maximum number of exhibitors per booth is two. All registered exhibitors are entitled to attend all scientific and social events including the conference cruise and dinner.
Mid of May 2025 the organizers of the ICCS will distribute an exhibitors’ newsletter to all registered attendees of the conference. Each exhibitor is entitled to include one page in the newsletter. The page in PDF format must be provided no later than May 1st, 2025.
Exhibitors are free to use their own booth material, provided that it fits the booth dimensions, as well as their own booth construction crew.
